Atlanta Peach Management realizes that every Landlord’s situation is unique and that not all Landlords are not in need of our Property Management Services. If you fall into this category, we may be able to assist you, with that one specific task that you may want us to handle.
With the exclusion of the Dispossessory Services, the following options are not covered in the standard Management Agreement. These items are an option to the landlord and are not required under the management contract. Landlord does understand that these items are not guaranteed to be the remedy. Landlords understand that there is a 50% chance that once a garnishment or judgment is filed, the tenant may quit their job and relocated.) There is no standard filing fee; fees may vary from county to county.

DISPOSESSORY/ EVICTION SERVICES………………$395.00 (This service includes filing court documents and appearing in court to get rid of your non-paying tenant. You never have to be present for court appearances or file the legal documents, we will handle these task for you, the landlord. This does not include county’s filing fees.
TENANT GARNISHMENT………………$150.00 (This does not include the standard filing fee.)
TENANT WRIT………………$55.00 (Does not include Writ filing fee.)
COORDINATION of WRIT with the SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT………………$150.00
SMALL CLAIMS/ CIVIL JUDGEMENT FOR UNPAID RENT………………$250.00 (Does not include filing fee.)
