How do I qualify for an Atlanta Peach Management Rental?
Our process is simple. We ask that you not have any evictions on your record within the last 60 months, you are currently working a Full time job or can show financial stability without being employed, i.e savings account, trust account or inheritance. You have no felony marks or reports on your criminal background check for the last 7 years. A FICO credit score may vary, we do not always base our selection on your credit score, however, it is taken into consideration. Atlanta Peach Management also verifies your residency with your last landlord to determine your rating as a tenant.

Rent payments are not accepted at the office, it must be mailed at the above address.
When is my rent due?
Your rental Payment is due on the 1st of every month, but must be post dated by the 5th, by the United States Postal Service, for a late fee not to be given. All rental payment must be in certified funds, i.e. Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks etc. We do not accept personal checks for the payment of rent. There will be a $100 dollar late fee imposed for rent post dated after the 5th.
How do I make a Maintenance Request?
If you are currently a resident at a property managed by Atlanta Peach Management and would like to submit a maintenance request, please go to the Property Management section of the site, click on Maintenance Request, stroll to the bottom of the page and download the form. If this is an Emergency, you may Fax your request to 678-954-8035 or email it to info@atlantapeachhomes.com. Please contact us at: 678-625-9323. Maintenance Request will be submitted to the maintenance department who will be in contact with you to schedule the necessary work. Please allow up to 14 business days for non-emergency request.
I have an emergency and need to break my lease?
Our Policy is simple, your lease may be bought out or severed by paying to Atlanta Peach Management 1 ½ month rent at the time that you, the tenant(s) have vacated the residence. Tenant(s) must also sign a Cancellation of Lease Agreement Form from Atlanta Peach Management to not be held reliable for the remaining life or months in the Residential Rental Lease Agreement.
I see a property that I am interested in leasing, however I am currently in a lease that ends in 2 months, will you hold this home for me?
Atlanta Peach Management will only allow you to reserve a property for 30 days. This means that you have 30 days from the time that you are approved to take possession of the property. This can only be done by securing the property with a holding deposit, equal to one month rent. Should you choose to no longer lease that property, the deposit shall become non-refundable. This is because during this time the property is not being shown and we are refusing any applications and applicants.
